SweDCI Gears Up for Strong Start to 2026 Following Year of Growth

SweDCI is entering 2026 with strong momentum after a year marked by significant growth, expanded engagement, and new initiatives. During 2025 we grew with 50% to 120 members, reflecting rising interest and participation across the data center industry.

Throughout 2025, SweDCI hosted and participated in numerous activities, strengthening our role as a key industry platform. One of the major milestones achieved during the year was the launch of work on the Impact Study, which is scheduled to be presented in the first quarter of 2026. The Impact Study will provide valuable insights into the key role of data centers in today's society and will form the foundation for our continued work to drive improvements in the data center industry.

Looking ahead, SweDCI will kick off 2026 with a members' meeting hosted at Vattenfall in Solna on January 28. The event will bring members together to align on priorities and set the direction for the year ahead. Register by contacting Fredrik Lindahl at the office.

In addition, SweDCI will take on the role of media partner at several major European data center events throughout 2026. The first of these will be Kickstart Europe, held in Amsterdam on February 3 and 4, marking the beginning of an active and visible presence at key industry gatherings across the continent.

With continued growth, new insights on the horizon, and an ambitious calendar of events, SweDCI is well positioned for an impactful and dynamic year in 2026.
