SCA's 2.7 millon hectars of forest land offer excellent opportunities for development of datacenters, new wind power, and other energy-intensive industries. Today about 20 percent of Sweden´s wind power is produced on SCA land, and SCA has a pipeline of > 1 GW of additional projects under active development.

SCA's landholdings include strategically located sites with access to large volumes of existing renewable energy and reliable grid capacity, and an opportunity to develop up to 50 TWh of additional renewable power over the decades to come, creating strong conditions for scalable and future-proof data center development.
