Important information on stakeholder consultation on minimum performance standards

Today, we received an invitation to participate in an upcoming European Commission study on minimum performance standards for data centres (see below). The study is commissioned by DG ENER and will support the development of a proposal for a Regulation establishing minimum performance standards for data centres (public consultation expected to open in April 2026).

The study will be carried out by Viegand Maagoe, VHK and the Borderstep Institute, and include stakeholders' workshops as well as targeted consultations.
