SweDCI welcoming Jesper Skalberg Karlsson and Dora Bojanic from Moderaterna to Conapto

Swedish Data Center Industry had the pleasure of welcoming Jesper Skalberg Karlsson and Dora Bojanic from Moderaterna to Conapto for a visit focused on the data center industry.

The conversation highlighted key factors shaping the sector—energy, sustainability, regulation, and digital infrastructure—along with challenges like power capacity and the need for continued innovation, while reinforcing Sweden's position as a strong hub for sustainable data centers.

Data centers are a critical backbone of today's digital society, supporting everything from cloud services and AI to financial systems and public services. It is therefore essential that the right conditions are in place to support continued investment and development in this space.

A highlight of the visit was the tour of Conapto's Stockholm 3 North facility, where we were able to showcase how modern, energy-efficient data centers are designed and operated in practice.
